This was a great app but after the update on Monday 10/14/19 I can't access my info. It wants a password which I don't have or I need to create a new account. Then I won't be able to access my info anyway. I sent an email but got no response. I'll have to uninstall this app and start over with another.
The app automatically updated on my phone requesting a log in. I lost all my data for last two years!!! This is so disappointing and unacceptable. How do I get my data back?
Lost ALL my progress :( This app WAS great until it updated and wiped out everything. I've been using this app for nearly three months , keeping track of my progress and seeing my little person move closer to my goal weight. But now everything is lost. Three months of tracking gone. Luckily I remember my start date and weight, but not having my progress report and dates is a real bummer.
New version cleaned all of older data. Ruined my whole years process. :(
This stupid app automatically updated on my phone and just wiped out all my data since the new year! And now, as I'm forced to start all over again and enter my weight, it forces a decimal point in my weight entry thus making my data INCORRECT. My weight goal is 120 NOT 119.9. My current weight is 163, NOT 162.9. Stupid app!! It SUCKS now!! Don't install this app, it can't even get something simple right, it's horrible now!!!
WOULD be the perfect app if the max was not limited to 300 pounds. I'm 360...can't use :( Edit.... My above review was in the year 2017...took a long time.., but I'm still struggling with my weight at 345 pounds now. Thanks for finally increasing the numbers. Would be perfect if my character started out plus size. Thanks for including a brown skin tone.
